The interior design renovation of Giando Italian Restaurant and Bar has breathed new life into this modern fine dining establishment. The primary objective of the renovation was to revitalize the restaurant and create a more prominent bar and lounge area, enhancing the overall ambiance and providing a captivating space for customers. The design concept focuses on a neutral aesthetic, serving as a canvas to showcase the elegant textures within the restaurant. The chosen materials and textures are adorned with artistic craftsmanship reminiscent of antique Italian art and architecture, adding a touch of elegance and heritage to the contemporary space.

Mercato Gourmet at The Peninsula Hotel, Hong Kong, embodies elegance and sophistication. Through our interior design services, we created a luxurious high-end grocery store that harmonises seamlessly with the hotel's colonial charm. The space showcases a refined wine cellar and a meticulously crafted temperature-controlled cheese room. Every detail, from the lighting to the choice of materials and layout, has been thoughtfully considered to enhance the display and sale of the exquisite products. Mercato Gourmet offers an immersive shopping experience where discerning customers can indulge their senses in a tastefully curated environment.

Bakehouse Soho, is a renowned bakery loved by locals and visitors alike. The interior design of this iconic establishment was crafted by Marco Morlotti during his tenure at Zanghellini Holt.
